The SCP #132 distributes high definition component video/audio to a remote location over extended distances using Cat5e or Cat6 cable. Our #132 can be used either to transmit or receive. Two #132s are required for installation.

The SCP #132 In-Wall Passive Audio/Video Balun Wall Plate with IR control uses Cat5e or Cat6 cables for transmission and receiving. This enables easy component video, digital audio, analog audio and IR control over long distances. The passive design simplifies installation and is the ideal choice for a variety of installations. One pair of buttons is a fully functional plug’n play set.

Transmission distance: Typical installation will allow up to 1,000 feet with 480i and 500 feet with 1080i/1080p signals and digital audio.

IR Port: Supports an IR sensor (3 wires) or emitter (2 wires) via 3.5mm (1/8”) jack. Simple connections on the rear support tool-less wiring or typical punch-down tools.

Fits in standard single gang junction box. Ships assembled with white decorator plate. A light almond face plate is also included in the package for easy in-field changes.

Power: No power required.
