RICHARD GRAY'S POWER COMPANY was founded in New Orleans, LA by Richard Gray and Dick McCarthy in 1998. Both audiophiles, Richard Gray brought over the very first RGPC to Dick's home one evening for an audition. Within 72 hours, Richard Gray's Power Company was born. 

Securing a US manufacturer and Patent, RGPC began humbly with a grass roots effort.
